Moss Hire - Returns

When you create your hire order you will agree to a return date for the order. Orders can be returned on the selected date to any of our UK stores free of charge, or you may wish to return via courier collection for an additional charge.

You can have a courier collect your order from your home or business address for the cost of £8. Your outfit, zip bag and all accompanying documents need to be present and readily packaged for the stated courier collection. The packaging provided upon delivery must be also used for the return. The courier will provide a return address label when they collect your order.

If your order was collected from a store the store can provide you the packaging, you will require for your return. When completing your final checks instore at the time of collection please ensure this has been provided within your order.
