There are always a few things to wrap up after an occasion, so we’ve made returning your hire outfit an easy one to tick off your list.
Return to store
It’s free to return your hire outfit to any of our hire stores and you can return your outfit to any one of them – we’ve got over 120 across the country so if your event is in a different location to your original hire store, you can drop by a store that’s more local to you.

Arrange a courier
You can have a courier collect your order from your home or business address. Just re-use the box it came in when it was delivered. Your outfit, zip bag and all accompanying documents need to be in the box and it should be securely fastened using the adhesive tape strip. The courier will provide a return address label when they collect your order.

Whichever way you choose, it is your responsibility to return your hire order by the date set out in your agreement otherwise late return fees will apply.

Returning by courier - £8
Late return fees - You will incur a £10 penalty for each day your return is late. Please read the Hire Agreement and Terms & Conditions for details of penalty charges.
